What Is It?
Camp Details: Our Annual UGKA Camp runs 5 days and 4 nights. Capped at 100 Goalkeepers
Dates: July 21 - 25, 2025
Sessions are split into 2 training groups based on age then ability.

Junior - Middle School GKs

Elite - High School GKs
Training/Daily Camp Breakdown: With over TEN 90 minute training sessions, we cover topics like - shot stopping, diving, parrying, catching, angle play, dealing with crosses (catch, box, punch), 1v1s + decision making, 50/50 save techniques and approaches, reaction saves, communication, setting up walls/corner kicks, penalty kicks, and proper in game positioning (goal arc and ball line) and so much more!
Daily Speed + Strength Conditioning: The UGKA provides staff who are A.C.S.M. Certified, Exercise Physiologist and have their Masters of Science in Sports Science, Bachelor's of Science in Sport and Physical Education.
LIVE Classroom Sessions: Classroom sessions revolve around the 5 Elements of a Goalkeeper's Development in addition to sessions on Mental Health & Proper Diet/Nutrition.
